Moscato d'Asti Cascina Fiori di Oddero was born in the Cascina Fiori vineyard, located in the municipality of Trezzo Tinella, in the province of Cuneo. It is produced with 100% Moscato Bianco grapes, harvested only by hand during the first ten days of September. After destemming and crushing, the grapes undergo a process of cryopreservation at a controlled temperature for 12 hours and the pressed must is left to ferment in cold stainless steel.
Tasting Notes
Yellow color of a beautiful chromatic intensity, fragrant and aromatic scent with subtle hints of mandarin, grapefruit, white peach, flowers and sage, fresh gustatory dimension, sweet and aromatic flavor.
Pairings
Suitable to accompany desserts of the best Italian tradition. It also lends itself very well to “more daring” combinations and with more intense flavors: with certain cheeses that are not too seasoned, with salami and figs, as an aperitif. Some even dare with grilled prawns.
