From the careful selection of Negroamaro grapes, we obtain this wine with an intense, sumptuous and elegant red color, part of the Cosimo Varvaglione Private Collection. The fermentation is carried out in steel and the subsequent maturation of 6 months in small French and American oak barrels, and then the slow aging in the bottle continues. A great red that illustrates the potential of one of the region's iconic varieties.
Tasting Notes
Deep ruby red with elegant garnet shades. Ample olfactory profile, marked by notes of red fruit in jam, black pepper, cinnamon, tobacco and distinct hints of licorice. Full-bodied, full-bodied and balanced in sensations. Persistent and balsamic on the finish.
