The Francesca Fiasco company is born in a land of sunny hills that brighten the sight and the spirit, where in autumn ancient traditions revive with the smell of harvest that brightens the nuances of the landscape. The vineyards extend for about 6 hectares in the heart of the Cilento, Vallo di Diano and Alburni National Park, between the municipalities of Castel San Lorenzo, Felitto and Roccadaspide, at an altitude ranging between 250 and 450 meters above sea level. .
Il Paestum IGP Rosso Ersa nasce da un assemblaggio di Aglianico, Cabernet Sauvignon, Barbera e altri vitigni a bacca rossa tipici del territorio. La prima vendemmia è stata quella del 2017. L’affinamento avviene in tonneau per il 10% di primo passaggio e il 90% di secondo passaggio per 24 mesi. L’affinamento in vetro è di 8 mesi.
Intense ruby red. An ethereal and complex aromatic spectrum, in the crucible of which a very pure fruit of vivid splendor is manifested, which has its point of high satisfaction in the undergrowth. Without forgetting, however, floral puffs that intersect with plant influences. Nutmeg, ginger and cloves are the spices that compose and complete the olfactory register. On the palate it is sharp, fine, elegant, seductive, soft and well balanced, with a persistent and satisfying finish.
Excellent with red meat dishes. Try it with a fish soup, given its soft and noble allure.
