The Francesca Fiasco company is born in a land of sunny hills that brighten the sight and the spirit, where in autumn ancient traditions revive with the smell of harvest that brightens the nuances of the landscape. The vineyards extend for about 6 hectares in the heart of the Cilento, Vallo di Diano and Alburni National Park, between the municipalities of Castel San Lorenzo, Felitto and Roccadaspide, at an altitude ranging between 250 and 450 meters above sea level. .
Il Paestum IGP Rosso Principe Diphesa nasce da un assemblaggio di Aglianico e altri vitigni a bacca rossa tipici del territorio, le cui uve vengono selezionate dopo la raccolta del vino Ersa. L’affinamento avviene in tonneau per il 30% di primo passaggio e il 70% di secondo e terzo passaggio per 18 mesi. L’affinamento in vetro è di 12 mesi.

Dark chocolate, licorice, tobacco, balm, menthol, cinchona and graphite, together with empyheumatic references, give the nose tertiary essences. On the palate it is balanced with a sumptuous, dynamic, harmonious, round, soft and material evolution. Long and persistent aftertaste.
Excellent with red meat dishes, recommended to accompany a leg of lamb in the oven.
