The best bunches of the generous Garganega grape are selected and placed on racks for drying. The resting grapes are constantly monitored and cleaned from four to six months until the moment of pressing. The Passito Bianco Monte Croce signed by Tommasi is an enveloping wine in its sweet softness that always invites you to another taste.
Tasting Notes
Brilliant golden yellow with amber shades, it has an intense and complex bouquet of acacia honey, candied fruit and vanilla. On the palate it is velvety, soft and elegant, with a balanced and persistent finish.
Pairings
Ideal with desserts and dry pastries, it is excellent with an apricot tart and goes well with savory and blue cheeses.
