The Primitivo di Manduria Riserva Anniversary 62 di San Marzano was born in vineyards located in the municipalities of San Marzano and Sava, in the heart of Puglia.
Exciting in every respect, it perfectly represents the great wines of the territory. It is produced exclusively with Primitivo grapes, harvested only by hand during the second half of September. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 24 ° C for about 10-15 days. Subsequently the wine is aged in barrique for 18 months before being bottled.
Very deep ruby red color. Broad and complex on the nose, fruity with hints of plums, cherry jam and notes of tobacco, slightly spicy. Full-bodied wine, soft and rich in noble tannins, with a finish that gives notes of cocoa, coffee and vanilla.
Perfect to accompany red meats, game and first courses, it is ideal as a meditation wine.
