Di colore rosso rubino, sprigiona un profumo intenso che richiama la frutta rossa matura, il legno e le spezie. Al palato presenta un gusto equilibrato e morbido, con note finali che ricordano la carruba matura.
Un rosso che predilige i piatti a base di carne rossa e le verdure alla brace.
