The careful selection of the grapes is followed by vinification with maceration on the skins for 10-12 days at 28 ° C. Tasting Notes

Intense ruby color with garnet reflections, it has a broad, complex, intense bouquet with varietal notes of black cherry, wild berries, plum, violet, spicy and mineral hints; it is elegant, soft, velvety and intense, on the palate it offers notes of plum, black cherry, black pepper and a slight hint of goudron.
