The Cavadiserpe, whose vinification takes place only in steel tanks and whose maturation continues for about 6 months in barrique, in the glass reveals a great intensity and an irresistible Mediterranean appeal. A red with great structure and personality, the result of the happy union between the roundness and softness of Merlot with the aromatic notes of Alicante Bouschet.
The wine has a ruby red color with deep purple reflections. The nose has aromas of plum and plum jam, hints of aromatic herbs and spices. On the palate it is intense and harmonious.
For the whole meal, it goes well with lamb chops breaded with aromatic herbs and roasted potatoes with rosemary.
