Tasting Notes
The wine has a ruby red color with deep purple reflections. The nose has aromas of plum and plum jam, hints of aromatic herbs and spices. On the palate it is intense and harmonious.
Pairings
For the whole meal, it goes well with lamb chops breaded with aromatic herbs and roasted potatoes with rosemary.
