A historic white, introduced in 1931 by the Marquis Niccolò Antinori, capable of representing the Tuscan territory through the union of traditional and non-traditional grapes and a fresh and elegant bouquet with a strong character. The "Villa Antinori" Bianco comes from a cut of white berried grapes, with delicate aromas and a balanced sip. The Trebbiano, Malvasia, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio and Riesling Rhine grapes are harvested in the third ten days of August. The must, after pressing the grapes, ferments in steel, at a temperature that does not exceed 18 degrees. Still in steel, the wine then remains to stabilize for a few months, until it is ready to be bottled.
It has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose is fine and elegant, fruity and floral, with notes of banana, pear, pineapple and orange blossom. On the palate it is tasty, with a fresh and mineral finish.
Versatile in the kitchen, it goes well with fish-based preparations. Also try it with savory pies and vegetarian dishes.
