Ali, a figure from Greek mythology, one of the sea nymphs, a symbol of sensuality and beauty, is the name chosen for an elegant rosé with a clear, pure color, with subtle ruby reflections. A refined balance between Syrah and Vermentino, which find their maximum expression in the proximity to the sea. Aromas of white flowers, wild strawberries and citrus peels blend in a delicate structure with hints of minerality typical of the area, which give a long and rich finish. Tasting Notes

It has a pale pink color with reflections that recall the delicate peach shades. The elegant aromatic profile makes it a unique wine of its kind. Characterized by strong citrus notes, such as pink grapefruit and floral notes that blend with the former, enhancing each other, leaving an extremely pleasant retro-olfactory sensation. In the mouth the fruity notes of peach and grapefruit stand out, there are hints of tropical fruit such as passion fruit and mango. Over time, sensations of Mediterranean herbs will develop: thyme, sage and rosemary. Rich wine with an extremely passionate character, savory and mineral in the mouth.
