Spearhead of the production, the Giulio Ferrari Riserva del Fondatore is a Classic Method sparkling wine that has nothing to envy to the best French Champagnes. From 100% Chardonnay grapes, rigorously harvested and selected by hand from the rows of the Maso Pianizza vineyard, at about 600 meters above sea level, it is then left to rest for ten years on the lees, without haste, so that they can give the wine all the elegance and sumptuousness to the aromas that will characterize it, making it unique. A sparkling wine that leaves no doubts or comparisons, a great reserve, dedicated to the founder of the company, that Giulio Ferrari who, in 1902, had already understood everything.

Tasting Notes

Brilliant gold with greenish reflections, with infinite bubbles to illuminate the glass; on the nose it is a whirlwind of sensations: summer fruit and bergamot, orange blossom honey and bread crust, almond and ginger sugared almond. Caressing and creamy on the palate, refreshed by citrusy freshness and with an endless and sweet persistence.
