The elaboration includes numerous phases of the same importance, on which Levii guarantees dedication and care.

Trento Brut Millesimato is obtained with only high altitude Chardonnay grapes and aged on the lees for a minimum of 36 months. The long aging gives harmony and elegance while safeguarding the finesse and freshness typical of the mountain.

Tasting Notes

Bright straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, it is rich in perlage and has hints of yeast and white bread on the nose, followed by green apple and white chalk, while on the palate it is fresh and citrusy, with a dense and decidedly crunchy fruit.

Pairings

Perfect for lobster tartare and raw foods in general, shrimp cocktails, fried foods and shellfish. Also ideal with fresh cheeses.
