This sparkling wine, with a sugar level that is very close to zero, is perfectly able to degrease the palate and is an excellent combination with fish dishes.
Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Pleasant and refined nose based on notes of flowers, citrus and pear. Fresh and velvety mouth, which expresses a creamy effervescence.
Perfect as an aperitif, it also goes very well with first courses and frying.
