Upon visual examination it shows a beautiful bright straw yellow, with reflections tending to greenish; the bubbles are thin and persistent. The nose aromas recall golden apple, white peach, pear, mulberry and flowers. On the palate it is creamy, very fresh, characterized by a truly inviting savory taste.
Perfect for a classy aperitif, where it accompanies with style different types of canapes and finger food. Also excellent throughout the meal in combination with delicate fish dishes, such as marinated salmon trout.
