Tasting Notes

Ruby red with slightly violet reflections, the nose expresses fruity notes of currant, plum, black cherry and slightly spicy hints. In the mouth it is impetuous due to the beautiful contrast it expresses between body and freshness. A particularly balanced, reactive taste, with excellent acidity and flavor that never takes sight of the pulp of the fruit that sees it being born. It closes with a nice memory of fruit for a very clean finish.
