The Venezia Giulia Ribolla Gialla LUS by Puiatti is born in the vineyards located in Zuccole, in the Isonzo area of Friuli. It is produced exclusively with Ribolla Gialla grapes, harvested by hand around the first week of September. The vinification takes place in white at a controlled temperature of 20 ° C and subsequently the wine matures in stainless steel tanks before being bottled.
Tasting Notes
Characterized by a deep yellow color, with golden reflections. The nose has delicate and floral scents, with slightly spicy hints that bring back vanilla. On the palate it is balanced, with an excellent degree of acidity, and a pleasant fresh and mineral aftertaste.
Pairings
Perfect to accompany aperitifs, it is ideal in combination with first and second courses based on fish.
