Il Venezia Giulia Rosé IGT firmato Livio Felluga vuole rappresentare, sotto un’altra veste, il carattere del terroir natio, intenzione che, d’altronde, si coglie fin dal primo assaggio. Accattivante al naso, con note che spaziano dal floreale al minerale, si distingue per immediatezza e vivacità.
Rosa salmone. Al naso si esprime con sentori di ananas maturo e lampone, note di cannella e richiami sapidi. Al palato si rivela vellutato e avvolgente, fresco ed equilibrato.
Ottimo anche come aperitivo, si abbina bene agli spaghetti con bottarga e ricci di mare, pollo e formaggi freschi.
