Faithful descriptor of his native land, "Is Argiolas" is perhaps the most famous Vermentino produced in southern Sardinia. It contains all the essence of a territory, made of colors and scents. It is affected by the hilly breeze, the sun and the mild climate that characterize this part of Sardinia. The selection of the grapes is precise and punctual, in order to obtain the best must which will first carry out a cold decantation to become clear and then the alcoholic fermentation carried out only by indigenous yeasts. The refinement phase is completed by a stop on the fine lees, which lasts from 40 to 60 days, in order to enrich the wine with an inimitable personality.
