Aglianico del Vulture signed Quarta Generazione is born in vineyards located in Macarico, in the province of Potenza, on the slopes of the extinct volcano Vulture. It is produced with 100% Aglianico grapes, harvested in small boxes at the beginning of November, so as to obtain a natural drying of the berry. Fermentation takes place, with maceration, in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, followed by a second fermentation in wood which gives it olfactory complexity. Subsequently the wine ages on the noble lees for 12 months, before being bottled.
