Barolo Ludo it is a wine of great depth that reflects the sub-areas of origin of the grapes from which it is composed: Bussia for power, Cannubi for elegance, Terlo for overall balance. Pure Nebbiolo, ferments in steel and cement at a controlled temperature, with subsequent maceration of 22-25 days. Once the malolactic fermentation is completed, a long period of maturation in oak wood follows to end with a further refinement in the bottle.
Tasting Notes
Illuminates the glass with a brilliant garnet red color. On the nose it has a captivating bouquet of red berry fruit and spices. The palate is synergistic and structured, with a full and velvety texture that enhances its finish rich in references to goudron and star anise.

Ideal wine for roasted red meats and game, it goes well with medium-long-aged cheeses.
