Cannonau Moro signed by Mesa is a label capable of translating the Sardinian tradition into a juicy nectar, ready to be enjoyed glass after glass. The complexity of these Cannonau grapes derives from the variability of the soils, which partly have a sandy profile and partly a calcareous-clayey one. The sapling-trained vines maximize the quality level of each single bunch, rigorously and carefully harvested by hand. At the end of the fermentation phase, the wine ages for 6 months both in concrete tanks and in barrique. Another 3 months in the bottle make it ready for marketing.
Tasting Notes
Ruby red with light lighter reflections, great intensity and complexity on the nose thanks to an olfactory profile with a clear Mediterranean reference. Notes of small red fruits are flanked by hints of violets and geranium for a dry, dry, elegant and enthralling taste. With still vivid tannins, it is a wine that closes with a relaxed and very pleasant finish.

Very good to accompany a complete meal, the “Moro” is a red wine that is enhanced with first courses based on meat sauce.
