Pol Roger Champagne Blanc de Blancs was born in the renowned Champagne Ardenne. It is produced entirely from Chardonnay grapes all harvested and selected in the best Grands Crus of the Côte des Blancs: Oiry, Chouilly, Cramant, Avize and Oger. Produced in limited quantities, this Cuvée was aged for 7 years before being released to the market.

Tasting Notes

Characterized by a golden yellow color with delicate green reflections. The nose opens with a sweet and elegant bouquet with primary hints of pink grapes, enriched by delicate notes of almond, flowers and apricot on the finish. On the palate it is pleasantly fresh, with a perfect balance between softness, acidity and flavor.

Perfect to serve during aperitifs and special occasions, also ideal to accompany fish-based dinners.
