Bruno Paillard's Champagne Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut Grand Cru comes from a very careful selection of Chardonnay grapes, revealing, right from the start, a peculiar refinement. Ideal for celebrating the most special occasions, it offers a subtle, creamy and harmonious sip: drinking it one cannot help but feel lucky.
Straw yellow, with greenish reflections; fine and persistent perlage. On the palate it is expressed with hints of lime and grapefruit, notes of white flowers and hints of bread crust. On the palate it is elegant, silky and very pleasant minerality.
Excellent in combination with fish appetizers, crudités and steamed shellfish, it also goes well with seafood risotto.
