Champagne Brut Rosé by Laurent-Perrier is a bubble with charm, elegance and style. It is a label that was born for the first time in 1968, bottled in a special guise, with a silhouette with a particular shape, whose pink-colored label recalls that of Champagne. It is made by the maison using 100% Pinot Noir grapes, grown in the company's vineyards scattered between the Montagne de Reims and Cote de Bouzy areas. The grapes, once collected and brought to the rooms used for winemaking, ferment in steel and then referment in the bottle, as per the rules for the production of the Champenoise Method. The wine then remains on the lees in the bottle for 48 months, at the end of which the disgorgement, dosage and bottling operations are carried out.
Bright salmon pink with fine and persistent perlage. Straightforward and very fresh on the nose, reminiscent of strawberries, raspberries, currants, blackberries and morello cherries. The taste is lively and still fruity, slightly sharp in the opening and gently rounded in the finish.
Ideal for an aperitif, it can be used to accompany smoked salmon or Iberico ham.
