Bruno Paillard's Champagne Première Cuvée Brut immediately stands out for its elegance, harmony and balance; produced from pinot noir, chardonnay and pinot meunier grapes - carefully selected from 35 different plots - it rests on the lees for at least 36 months and gives a smooth, clean and fascinating sip.
Tasting Notes
Intense straw yellow; fine and persistent perlage. The nose is expressed with hints of citrus and exotic fruit, floral notes, tones of toast and hints of pastry. On the palate it is elegant, lively and very fresh.
Pairings
Excellent in combination with fish appetizers and crudités, it is also ideal to accompany shellfish.
