The perlage is fine and elegant. Extremely harmonic is the aromatic palette made up of olfactory scents. Puff pastry and red berry fruit, honey and citrus, floral notes and dried fruit tones are the main ones. In tasting it is persuasive, fresh and mineral, rich in creaminess and organoleptic complexity.
Like the whole range of Krug Champagnes, this Brut Rosé also requires important occasions to be opened. It is excellent with an abundant raw fish.
