The Perrier-Jouët Blason Rosé Champagne perfectly represents, with its floral and refined style, the prestigious Perrier-Jouët maison. Born in vineyards located in the Champagne region from the extraordinary assembly, in a single phase, of the largest and most structured cuvées from around thirty crus, in search of perfection and balance. To create this magnificent rosé, Chef de Cave Hervé Deschamps favors Pinot Neri from Ay and Vincelles, which make up the 50% of the blend. The remainder is equally divided between Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, which deserve the credit for giving vivacity and freshness to the wide and elegant structure of Pinot Noir.
Tasting Notes
Bright pink with orange reflections and fine, lively and persistent bubbles. The nose recalls pomegranate, pear, apricot and ripe red fruit, hints enriched by buttery tones and shades of white flowers. The mouth attack is fresh and intense, and then becomes soft and complex and closes with a rich and long finish.
Pairings
Perfect as an aperitif, it is ideal to accompany shellfish and white meats. Also excellent in combination with desserts and pastries.
