Louis Roederer's Rosé Brut Cristal is a Champagne of great expressive purity. The cuvée was created from a careful selection of old parcels of Pinot Noir present in the territory of the Grand Cru d'Aÿ, which today are all managed under biodynamic agriculture. Soft pink color with bright and brilliant reflections. The perlage is very fine and delicate. The olfactory profile is refined, with floral aromas, citrus aromas, small berries, notes of pastry, dried fruit, delicate memories of soft oriental spices, iodized and mineral sensations.
