Dom Pérignon Rosé was born from the desire to dare, gathering the splendor of Pinot Noir and fueling its vital energy in a decisive and daring assembly; the result of a masterly and slow aging of almost 12 years, this Champagne fully represents the style of the Maison, that style that speaks of courage and freedom, the freedom to venture beyond conventions to push the limits of creativity. Magnetic and carnal, this Champagne will captivate you from the very first sip.
Tasting Notes
Elegant, complex and articulated, it gives the sight a very fine perlage and then opens on hints of small red fruits and fig, vanilla, acacia honey and bread crust. Mouth exuberant, taut and structured, creamy, fresh and balanced in a long salty finish.
Pairings
Perfect with boiled lobster and seasoned with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, but it can also be accompanied by an excellent Culatello di Zibello.
