Solitamente, la produzione dei “vintage” avviene quando la stagione è d’eccezione e quando si registrano livelli qualitativi più elevati rispetto agli standard. È ciò che è avvenuto nelle annate speciali come questa, in cui la maison Veuve Clicquot ha prodotto questo Champagne Brut Vintage. Con uve che provengono esclusivamente da grand cru e premier cru, è semplicemente abbagliante nella sua ricchezza organolettica. Delizioso.
