The Colle Martani Grechetto Grecante di Arnaldo Caprai was born in vineyards located in the Torre di Montefalco in Umbria, from a company that is constantly developing to create wines with great personality and typicality.
It is produced exclusively with Grechetto grapes. The wine is aged in steel tanks at controlled temperatures for about 3 months, and for a further 3 months in the bottle.
The Grecante it is characterized by a straw yellow color. The nose opens with an intense bouquet of exotic fruit and yellow peach, with hints of freesia and hawthorn. On the palate it is full, fresh and with a long persistence.
Perfect to accompany aperitifs, it is ideal in combination with fish and white meat dishes.
