The Bianco Colline Teatine IGT Villa Gemma comes from the union of three native vines, the most significant of the Abruzzo wine tradition, grown on the Teatine Hills around Chieti: Trebbiano, Pecorino and Cococciola. After an initial refinement in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, followed by refinement in the bottle for 4-6 months, a delicately vibrant, fresh white is born, characterized by fruity and mineral notes, aromatic herbs and tropical fruit.
Tasting Notes
Straw yellow, the nose expresses beautiful notes of white fruit, apple, pear, banana, and floral scents reminiscent of jasmine. On the palate it is fine, intense, balanced and refreshing. It closes with a nice finish, very clean.
Pairings
Also as an aperitif, it goes well with fish first courses. Excellent with lobster linguine.
