When fully ripe, the Aglianico and Piedirosso grapes, combined in a blend of equal proportions, are harvested, de-stemmed, pressed and left to ferment with a maceration on the skins for about thirty days. Subsequently, the Costa d'Amalfi Furore Rosso Riserva, by Marisa Cuomo, ages for one year in new French oak barrels. It was born in the heart of the Amalfi coast, where the viticulture that is practiced is extreme and heroic. It gives a pure Mediterranean essence, made of unique and precious organoleptic notes.
