Obtained by infusion of Criollo cocoa in alcohol and brandy: wine brandy aged at least 5 years, with subsequent dilution. Criollo is a rare and fragile variety of cocoa and represents only 0.001% of cocoa produced in the world. The quality of this cocoa is unparalleled as it is devoid of tannins, which give the product roughness and astringency. In fact, Criollo boasts a creaminess, roundness and sweetness that are unique in the world. Domori has recovered this precious variety of cocoa that was in danger of extinction, creating the largest plantation in the world in Venezuela.
