For Berlucchi the whole '61 line wants to remember not only the euphoria of the fabulous sixties but also and above all the year during which the first bottle of Franciacorta was born, the one designed by Guido Berlucchi and Franco Ziliani. A fresh, breezy sparkling wine, captivating even in the image that never loses sight of the typical elegance of the most famous of the local wineries.
Brilliant straw yellow, with a soft foam and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose expresses very pleasant aromas of white pulp fruit and decidedly citrus notes with a slight prevalence of pineapple. In the mouth it stands out for its freshness and acidity and for a smooth and balanced flavor, of great participation. It closes with a nice, clean and persistent finish with flavors of fruit.
Fresh and complex, Berlucchi's '61 Brut is Franciacorta capable of accompanying a complete meal, perhaps with typical dishes from the province of Brescia, from casoncelli (stuffed ravioli) to lake fish (perch and char).
