Tenuta Montenisa is located in the heart of Franciacorta, around the Borgo di Calino. The estate cultivates the varieties that are traditionally best suited to the production of Franciacorta: Chardonnay, with a typical aroma with floral and fruity notes, Pinot Noir, capable of giving structure and personality, Pinot Bianco, savory and mineral. The grape harvest is done manually, with a careful selection of the bunches.

Cuvée Royale comes from the selection of Chardonnay, Pinot Nero and Pinot Bianco grapes, for a cuvée with an unprecedented and precious harmony, with great expressiveness and elegance. The stay on the lees enhances its intense aroma with notes of white peach, bread crust and yeast.

Tasting Notes

Pale yellow color, creamy froth with fine and persistent perlage. On an aromatic level, notes of white-fleshed peaches, bread crust and yeasts are perceived. Remarkable balance and liveliness typical of Brut.

Its floral and fruity fragrances make it particularly suitable for aperitifs or appetizers based on vegetables, fish and white meats.
