Description

Special edition of Contadi Castaldi's Brut that celebrates the world of racing, born from the collaboration between the winery and Ducati. Here the chardonnay has a role of absolute protagonist, and what derives from it is a sparkling wine rich in fragrance, never predictable, which prefers smoothness and an accessible sensory language. A Franciacorta with a balanced and versatile style, perfect for any occasion.

Tasting Notes

Straw yellow, with a soft foam and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose is fresh, inviting, characterized by floral notes of lime, citrus nuances of white peach and light spicy hints of green pepper. In the mouth it is taut, crunchy, vertical, very drinkable. A trace of flavor accompanies it up to a finish of excellent persistence. A great classic.

Pairings

Perfect as an aperitif, Contadi Castaldi's Brut is an ideal Franciacorta to accompany soups and veloutés.
