Tasting Notes

Bright cherry pink, with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose expresses beautiful notes of citrus fruits, small berries and violets. A mineral trace of chalk and a slight hint of bread crust anticipate a fresh, well-structured and slightly savory taste. It closes with a very clean finish on the fruit.
