Dedicated to the legendary temple of the Opera, to which the company feels close and inspired, it is the best expression of the Bellavista vintage and style. The grapes that make up this great cuvée, mainly chardonnay and pinot noir, are the best possible, the result of a radical selection of the individual vineyards. In addition to the exceptional quality of the raw material used, this Franciacorta differs from the other Bruts in that more than a quarter of the wines it is made of ages for seven months in small oak barrels. Statuesque in terms of balance, able to support and at the same time ride the characteristics of the vintage, this Franciacorta Method impresses for intensity and complexity.
Intense straw yellow in color, it has a very fine and persistent perlage, a prologue to aromas that appear to be the quintessence of the Bellavista style. Generous and elegant floral notes of hawthorn, unpredictable balsamic notes of laurel, first, candied citrus fruit and small pastries, then. The mouth is thick, firm, aristocratic, creamy and deep at the same time. Magnificent finish for cleanliness and flavor.
