Tasting Notes

Brilliant straw yellow, with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose expresses beautiful notes of citrus and bread crust. A trace of hazelnut, hay and chalk opens up to a savory, fresh, satisfying taste. With a good structure, on the finish all its mineral nature emerges for a finish of great persistence.

Pairings

Excellent as an aperitif, Nature di Gatti is an ideal sparkling wine to accompany rich fish appetizers. Tempura shrimp.
