A fragrant wine, which conquers for its original gustatory freshness. The style is played on the search for harmony between complexity and pleasantness. It is produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes, harvested by hand towards the end of August and the beginning of September. The grapes undergo a soft pressing and subsequently ferment in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for 20 days. Subsequently the wine is aged for 7 months in stainless steel tanks and partly in barrique.
