Brilliant straw yellow, with a very fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals delicate tones of butter, white peach, green tea and hay. In the mouth it is soft, delicate, perfectly balanced in freshness and flavor. It closes with a very persistent finish on the fruit.
Excellent as an aperitif, Satèn di Gatti is an ideal sparkling wine to accompany elegant fish-based first courses. Risotto with herbs and scallops.
