A timeless classic. The Chardonnay di Puiatti is obtained with grapes grown in the territory of Romans d'Isonzo (GO) in the locality of Zuccole. The harvest takes place strictly by hand in the second ten days of September. The vinification process takes place "in white" and therefore without maceration in contact with the skins and without resorting to malolactic fermentation. Alcoholic fermentation, which transforms sugars into alcohol, takes place at a constant temperature of about 12 ° C. The refinement takes place for a few months in stainless steel and finally in the bottle.
