Isola dei Nuraghi IGT Bianco “Cerdeña” 2018 – Argiolas

43.50

Description

It comes from Vermentino grapes to which a small amount of Nasco is added. Isola dei Nuraghi IGT Bianco “Cerdeña”, produced by the Argiolas winery, is left to ferment in French oak barriques, where it subsequently rests for eight months. It offers sophisticated, buttery and creamy organoleptic characteristics, which make the drink sensual, unusual, elegant and noble. Offers a fair potential for aging.

Tasting Notes

Straw yellow with golden reflections in the glass. It has articulated and creamy scents on the nose, including memories of yellow pulp fruit, honey, citrus fruits and green tea. Enveloping on the palate, fresh but harmonious and balanced, with a subtle mineral vein that distinguishes the closure.

Pairings
Ideal in combination with Mugine and tuna bottarga, savory first courses and risottos, baked sea bream, tuna belly, white meats, medium-aged semi-hard cheeses.
