The Francesca Fiasco company is born in a land of sunny hills that brighten the sight and the spirit, where in autumn ancient traditions revive with the smell of harvest that brightens the nuances of the landscape. The vineyards extend for about 6 hectares in the heart of the Cilento, Vallo di Diano and Alburni National Park, between the municipalities of Castel San Lorenzo, Felitto and Roccadaspide, at an altitude ranging between 250 and 450 meters above sea level. .
Tasting Notes
Straw yellow color. Intense and ample aromas of apple, pear, apricot, clementine, cantaloupe, almond, jasmine, chamomile, hay and Mediterranean scrub. Mineral references, of vanilla. The attack in the mouth draws a fresh and perky sip, lashing and juicy and characterized by a dense texture. Savory, snappy and well-paced look. Seductive, elegant and deep taste tension. An extraordinary white, rich in flesh and bone and full of explosive flavors. Longevity to be discovered. Solid, compact and epicurean final phrasing.
Pairings
