Tasting Notes

Intense ruby red color with garnet hues; persistent and complex aroma, with hints of overripe fruits reminiscent of cherry jam and dried figs; light spicy notes. The respectable body pleasantly envelops the palate with honeyed sensations mitigated by the right acidity.

Dry pastries based on almonds, fruit tarts and cheeses with a strong and seasoned taste.
