The Talò line tells part of the truest essence of Salento. Primitivo di Manduria, a real flag not only of this segment of Puglia but also of the whole region, demonstrates it perfectly: it is in fact an extraordinarily expressive, fruity red, well balanced between a certain warmth and a pleasant gustatory freshness . A Primitivo whose vinification takes place in steel tanks and whose maturation continues for about 6 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes

Ruby red color enriched by violet reflections, opulent perfume that refers to ripe cherries and plums with pleasant notes of cocoa and vanilla. Wine of remarkable structure, softened by the persuasive warmth of Primitivo, which ends in notes of long sweetness.

Excellent with robust first courses, lamb, game with elaborate sauces and hard cheeses.
