The Luna Nuova dell’azienda agricola San Valentino nasce da uve cabernet franc allevate, secondo i dettami dell’agricoltura biologica, sulle colline di Covignano. Affinato in barriques per 18/20 mesi, è un vino caldo e di buon corpo, cui non manca, comunque, freschezza: l’appagamento sarà lunghissimo.
Colore rosso granata, intenso e brillante. Al naso si esprime con sentori di prugna, ciliegia e mirtillo, note floreali e toni vegetali. Al palato è pieno e corposo; i tannini sono ben integrati e la persistenza è ottima.
Ottimo in abbinamento alle carni rosse, si sposa molto bene anche con i fromaggi stagionati.
