Edda ("she" in Salento dialect) is the feminine and sensual soul of San Marzano. Complex white, full of Mediterranean suggestions. Solid acidity intertwined with an enveloping and elegant warmth, savory and mineral on the palate. A work on finesse and longevity for a wine obtained from Chardonnay clusters together with several indigenous Apulians who compete each year to complete the blend.
Tasting Notes
Straw yellow color with golden reflections; a bouquet with mellow floral, peach and then delicate vanilla scents pervade the nose. On the palate it is opulent in its elegance, fresh, delicate and mineral.
Pairings
Excellent with fish and vegetable dishes, we recommend it with goat cheese.
